Otter Pro is cheaper at $8.33 per user a month billed yearly, against $10 for Fireflies Pro. Otter Pro includes 1,200 transcription minutes a month and up to 90 minutes per meeting. Fireflies Pro doesn’t rate-limit live meetings but caps storage at 8,000 minutes per seat.
Does Fireflies have a monthly minute limit?
Not for live meetings recorded by the Fireflies bot, Chrome extension or mobile app on paid plans. Uploads, API, dialer and imported recordings are limited to 3,000 minutes per source per month, and storage is capped on Free and Pro.
Is Otter.ai HIPAA compliant?
Otter lists HIPAA compliance on its Enterprise plan, not on Basic, Pro or Business. Healthcare practices should get a BAA in place before recording patient information.
